Excitech automatic packaging line is a modular solution tailored for panel furniture production. Centered on EC2300 carton cutter, it can work standalone or combine with measuring station, carton sealer and palletizer to form a full automatic packaging system.

The G70U integrates full servo control into every key process, eliminating the need for manual adjustments entirely. G70U precision servo system ensures accurate control of tape feeding, pressing, trimming, and scraping, making operation simple even for new operators—no professional experience required, saving time and reducing human error.

G60W Full Version: Fully automatic complete process: servo positioning fence + optional thickness detection → pre-spraying → pre-milling → hot air → 3KW laser edge banding → dual-color no-clean PUR → 4-channel servo belt feeding → servo pressing → horizontal end trimming → rough trimming → full servo fine trimming → 4-knife corner rounding → servo scraping → floating flat scraping → post-spraying → dual polishing.

The EXCITECH EK series is built with a heavy-duty welded machine bed designed through finite element analysis, which ensures strong rigidity and stability, and avoids deformation even under long-term high-intensity operation. The series is equipped with a high-power 9kW air-cooled spindle with an ISO 30 tool interface, and the inverter controller supports stepless speed regulation from 3000 to 24000 rpm, enabling smooth and powerful cutting of various wood-based panels.

EXCITECH EF480 demonstrates excellent material compatibility, capable of processing various boards (particleboard, MDF, solid wood boards, plywood) and edge banding materials (PVC, ABS, melamine, wood veneer).
