EMD-1230 Wood Door Machine

EMD adopts ultra-thick integral welded gantry frame, treated with secondary high-temperature stress relief to eliminate internal welding stress. Compared with thin-plate light-duty door machines, the rigid gantry effectively suppresses vibration during high-speed deep milling of long solid wood doors up to 3050mm length.

Three-axis full precision ball screw + heavy linear guide transmission system ensures repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.02mm. Door frame contour, lock mortise and hinge hole dimensions stay consistent after thousands of continuous processing batches, greatly reducing rework and scrap loss for door factories worldwide.

The machine’s maximum effective processing size reaches 3050×900×50mm, covering most standard and custom solid wood & cabinet door sizes circulating in global furniture markets.

The machine is applicable to slotting, milling and drilling of various door panels of panel furniture, and processing of process modules such as various built-in handles, straighteners and hinge holes.
