EXCITECH 2-in-1 Load & Label Robot Nesting Cell is a compact automated cutting workstation designed for small and medium-sized cabinet factories and existing workshop retrofits. It integrates panel picking, rotary barcode labeling and dust-free nesting in one unified layout to support continuous unattended production.
This unit integrates the material feeding area, labeling station, nesting processing zone and finished panel output area into one unified structure. With an overall footprint of 13.8m × 6.3m, it adapts to workshops with limited space or sites without conditions for large-scale reconstruction. Factories can deploy automated cutting processes within their existing workshop layout to improve space utilization.
The robotic system completes panel picking from the material rack and rotary barcode labeling during panel transportation to the nesting machine, eliminating independent labeling stations and secondary material handling. The multi-angle rotary labeling structure ensures standard label positioning on each panel edge.
Automated labeling reduces manual operation errors. Each panel is marked with an independent barcode to maintain stable data connection with downstream edge banding, six-sided drilling and sorting processes. The system supports cyclic operation, enabling parallel robot preparation and machine cutting to reduce equipment idle time.
The supporting nesting machine adopts an enclosed dust removal structure with top brushing covers and centralized dust collection. It removes wood chips and debris during cutting to reduce surface and groove dust residue.
This structure lowers dust-related scratches on PET, high-gloss and melamine panels, reduces post-cleaning workload, and maintains consistent workpiece quality. The low-dust processing environment meets conventional environmental standards for furniture export production.
The nesting machine adopts integrally welded and stress-relieved bed structure to maintain stable machining accuracy during long-hour continuous operation. Equipped with an automatic linear tool change spindle, it completes cutting, drilling and grooving in one clamping cycle, covering conventional cabinet panels, wardrobe doors and special-shaped components.
Independent vacuum adsorption zones provide stable fixing for narrow strips and ultra-long door panels during processing.
