EF581W30 narrow panel edgebander is designed for long side processing of the small narrow panel≥30mm especially, equiped with pre-milling,end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, R scraping as well as the buffing makes the narrow part edgebanding easier and nice.

■  Narrow panel edgebander is focus on banding on the long side of the narrow part. The narrow part width should be≥30mm

■  Mainly used to deal with the panel edge banding. Edge banding is a very important process for the panel furniture. The quality of the edge banding will effect the panel furniture quality, price and the levels. A nice edge banding will definitely improve the furniture appearance,and avoid the furniture edge broken or peeling during transportation and the using. In the meanwhile, a good edge banding will protect the furniture from the water as well as reduce its shape changing.

■  The main material of the panel furniture is chipboard, MDF and other artificial board. The banding is mainly have PVC,wood,melamine and the polyester.The different materials and sizes need different models of edgebanders.

■  Equipped with pneumatic adjustment to adjust the double trimming, it’s fast to switch from thin edge banding to thick edge banding.Its main feature is high automation, high efficiency ,high precision and nice appearance, it’s widely used in the panel furniture field.
