This live EXCITECH smart factory installation serves a furniture manufacturer based in Spain. The modular panel processing system is purpose-built for custom cabinet and furniture production.

The line comprises three core intelligent processing cells running in sequence to simplify panel fabrication.

Dust-free Nesting Cell

The nesting cell carries out panel cutting with an integrated dust extraction system. It executes panel nesting and cutting for custom furniture boards. The design reduces airborne dust within the workshop while sustaining consistent cutting precision for mass and small-batch custom orders.

Edgebanding-Drilling Intelligent Processing Cell

After nesting, panels move to the combined edgebanding and drilling cell. This integrated station finishes edge sealing and hole machining in a single workflow, removing repeated manual panel handling. It accommodates flexible production for cabinet panels with different sizes and specifications.

Once machining completes, finished panels go into the sorting and stacking cell. The system automatically sorts workpieces and stacks panels in tidy piles. It cuts manual labor requirements and reduces panel scratching and surface damage during material handling.
