EXCITECH G60U HEAVY-DUTY SLAT BED EDGEBANDER WITH STEEL RAIL & BEAM

EXCITECH G60U includes a full edgebanding process chain. Modules cover servo positioning fence, automatic panel thickness detection, pre-spraying, pre-milling, hot air system, laser edgebanding, dual-color non-cleaning PUR system, 4-channel servo tape feeding, pressing, end trimming, rough and fine profiling, edge scraping and polishing. All edge finishing work completes in a single pass.

Intelligent controls simplify daily operation. The G60U supports recipe storage and one-touch servo tool adjustment. Operators quickly load saved production parameters during order changeovers. Servo horizontal end trimming and standard 4-motor corner rounding come as standard, with upgrade available to full servo corner rounding unit. These functions cut manual setup time and reduce skill demands for on-site operators.

The machine uses an integrated steel rail and beam base for high rigidity. The press beam lifting system adopts reducers and linear guide sliders, paired with heavy-duty multi-axis servo tool adjustment. This solid structure sustains stable running and repeatable positioning accuracy through long continuous production cycles.

The G60U combines two edgebanding technologies in one unit: a 3kW rectangular spot laser edgebanding module and dual-color non-cleaning PUR system. Operators switch automatically between two glue colours. The non-cleaning PUR system eliminates frequent manual glue cleaning tasks, boosting throughput and maintaining a cleaner workshop environment.

This heavy-duty edgebander works for small-batch custom jobs and mid-to-high volume cabinet production. It can run as standalone equipment or integrate with other EXCITECH woodworking machinery to form flexible furniture production lines.
