With around 20 years of experience in woodworking equipment research, development and manufacturing, the team focuses on linking hardware machinery and self-developed software to build practical production workflows for furniture factories.

Our product portfolio covers the full panel furniture manufacturing chain: smart material storage, CNC nesting, edge banding, drilling, automated sorting and packaging equipment. We deliver scalable solutions, suitable for small workshops, mid-sized plants and large-scale furniture manufacturers with different output requirements. Rather than offering only standalone machines, EXCITECH designs coordinated, one-stop factory layouts according to each customer’s production targets, workshop space and order mix.

Our automation portfolio includes dedicated lines for processing narrow workpieces down to 50 mm. When configured and operated as recommended, this system can automate up to 90% of the targeted workflow and reduce labour input by approximately 70% for applicable production scenarios. Our full-servo edgebanding series is engineered to minimise manual adjustment during job changeovers, lowering the learning threshold for new operators.

To support global customers, EXCITECH has completed more than 1,000 overseas installations across over 100 countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa. We provide turnkey project delivery, including pre-sales layout planning, factory acceptance testing, on-site commissioning and operator training.

Manufacturing is based across two production facilities in Guangdong and Shandong, with a combined floor area of 150,000 m². Our team of more than 1,000 staff covers R&D, machining, assembly, quality inspection, export coordination and after-sales service.

EXCITECH equipment holds EU CE certification. We can support customers with documentation and assessment guidance for additional local certification requirements, subject to regional regulations. A structured after-sales network combines 7/24 technical support from headquarters and local service hubs in the USA, Germany and Spain, to deliver timely troubleshooting, spare parts support and technical guidance.
