EXCITECH EC3200-2P integrates printing and cutting in one workflow. Top-feed structure supports continuous single-sheet feeding, handles both single and continuous corrugated carton up to 2500 mm width. Built-in CAM system with editable box templates for neat, well-formed packaging blanks.
For packaging manufacturers producing small-batch and custom cartons, switching between separate printing and cutting equipment creates extra material handling, introduces positioning errors and prolongs job changeover time. The EC3200‑2P merges printing and cutting within one station to produce finished carton blanks in a single pass.
It features a top-feed structure for stable continuous single-sheet feeding. The machine processes individual corrugated sheets and continuous carton stock, with a maximum working width of 2500 mm. Precision scoring delivers clean, foldable creases, producing tidy, well-formed carton blanks with accurate geometry.
The system runs on EXCITECH self-developed CAM software. Over 30 common box templates come pre-installed. Operators can create and modify custom box patterns to fulfil bespoke packaging requirements.

The standalone EC3200‑2P occupies 4520 × 3200 mm floor space. For higher-volume scenarios, the extended EC3200‑8P rear-support variant is available. This version supports 4, 6 or 8 paper magazines and can be integrated into automated intelligent packaging lines.
This all‑in‑one machine is well suited to workshops focused on custom short-run cartons, retail packaging and standard folding box manufacturing. EXCITECH provides on-site commissioning, software operation training and ongoing after-sales support.
