The EF588GWU adopts a Steel Beam and Steel Rail integrated bed (after stress-relief annealing) for exceptional stability and durability, minimizing vibration during high-speed operation.

Its flagship configuration includes a 3kW Rectangular Spot Laser for seamless glue-free bonding and a Dual Color PUR Adhesive System (cleaning-free) for quick color switching and strong adhesion.

With high automation: key stations (tape feeding, pressing, trimming) are servo-driven; one-click servo knife adjustment simplifies operation; built-in recipe function enables adjustment-free operation and quick production switching, reducing reliance on operator experience.

It features 4-Motor Corner Round (upgradeable to servo control) for Irregularity workpieces and can stably process 40mm narrow parts. The full process chain from pre-spray to post-spray double polishing ensures one-pass processing.
