EXCITECH develops EHS-E compact six-sided drill for medium & small furniture factories short of workshop space. Large standard six-sided drills occupy large area and require workshop reconstruction. EHS-E integrates full six-sided machining within small frame, removes manual panel flipping and positioning deviation.

EHS-E covers only 3600×2200mm, smaller than standard six-sided drills. Factories with narrow passages can install the machine without removing existing conveying equipment. The compact body supports full 1200×2800mm board processing, same hourly output as large six-sided drills.
Boards finish all vertical holes, horizontal holes, hinge slots and tenon grooves after one feeding and one positioning. No repeated clamping, cutting auxiliary working time by over 40% and eliminating hole offset caused by manual operation. Uniform positioning reduces assembly rework and customer after-sales issues.
Integral cast frame provides strong rigidity and vibration resistance. Under three-shift continuous production, the frame resists deformation and precision decline. Calibration cycles get longer, cutting maintenance labor and spare part cost.
Ordinary six-sided drills cannot fix narrow drawer sides, decorative strips and small connecting pieces, creating extra manual drilling workload. EHS-E dedicated pressing structure stably clamps 70×30mm small parts, matching mixed-size custom cabinet orders.
EXCITECH self-developed CAM software optimizes drill paths and cuts idle travel. Factory continuous testing proves 35% higher efficiency than generic third-party CNC systems. The system supports barcode scanning to import cutting lists, with simple touchscreen operation for new operators.
