Preparation for starting the machine after the holiday.

Check whether the wires and cables inside the fuselage and chassis are cracked or not to prevent the cables from being bitten by rats;

Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment;

Clean the grease on the equipment guide rail and rack;

Then, start the feeder, and then check whether the air pressure of the air source and the triplet are normal and whether there is air leakage;

Let the equipment start idling and low-speed running-in for about 10 minutes. 

After preheating the running-in machine, check again whether there is abnormal sound in the operation of each mechanism. If there is no abnormal sound, normal production can be started.
