Maintenance and cleaning of edge banding machine on holidays.

  1. The fuselage cleaning,Clean the dust and impurities outside the machine with gas, and then clean the surface oil with a rag.
  2. Chassis vacuuming,Cut off the power supply of the distribution box, clean the dust in the distribution box with a vacuum cleaner (note: household vacuum cleaner) (note: do not blow directly with gas, raising dust will lead to poor contact of electronic components), and put desiccant in the chassis after cleaning.
  3. Nozzle oil,Fill the oil nozzle of the transmission part with lubricating grease.
  4. Apply greaseGrease the rotating parts of the machine.
  5. Spray rust removerSpray rust inhibitor on the iron parts that are easy to rust to prevent rust.
  6. Save the sealing tapeRemove the temporarily unused edge banding and keep it properly.
  7. Check the fast melting /PURClean up the residual glue.
  8. Check the rubber potStop heating to prevent glue sticking.
  9. Gas tank drainageDrain the gas storage tank.
  10. Overcoat coatingAfter the whole machine is cleaned and maintained, the equipment shall be properly wrapped with a smock to prevent dust falling.
